★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad service here. Every time I come I instantly regret it, never coming again. The staff completely ignore you even when there is nobody in the store. Even at the counter they will rudely take 5 mins to finish whatever they’re doing before they even acknowledge you at their counter. Very slow service too. The only way I have found to get any assistance within the store is to stand next to the most expensive item and wait 10 mins, then walk over yo what you really want. Save your money and buy online, these guys don’t deserve your money.

It started with the manager (Alan) who asked us early on if we needed any help, he then passed us on to Charles, who along with Dan sorted out my new mobile phone. They did the data transfer from the old phone (which was seamless) and made it all seem so easy. We couldn't have been happier. Thank you.

My particular sales rep was quick, efficient and provided perfect information. Yes i will be going back there to purchase future electrical home appliances.
