Went to Warehouse Stationery down the road to look for some stationery, stand up desk and chair mat, walked around for ages looking for staff and nobody was able to help me, staff didn’t take the time or seem interested to help at all.
THEN I came to Stationery City and the QUALITY of service received was absolutely excellent! Prices were great too. They also provided postal services there, special thanks to Eric who was very helpful and friendly.
It truly shows the difference between a large corporate and a local store who really cares about their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience with the male shop keeper. If possible to give a zero. Was treated much nicer at paperplus in Glenfield mall. Yet, all is not lost, I just learn that it is possible to be rude in a calm manner. Body language always speaks louder than words.
At paperplus, Glenfield NZpost took a min to explain everything in detail and help me with putting in the value and explained what the value of document means while this guy at this shop went on and on that he is trying to help with bad explanation. What took me less than 5 min at Glenfield, took me more than 10 minutes in this shop and I had to leave the shop after filling in the form twice and with told to put in the value of the document I am sending that makes no sense to me.

I paid $130 for items that I discovered later it can be sourced in much better quality and price from the Warehouse Stationary for $95.
And for the second child i paid $49 while it's way cheaper for $34
Everyone wants a profit but this is a total greed.
I wouldn't have cared if it's $5 or even $10 of difference but man this is $50 for worse quality items.
