★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid buying your smoke alarms here. Selling out of date smoke alarms that must have sat on the shelf for 2 years. This alarm was bought 10-2021 with a battery expiry 12-2021 so must have sat on the shelf for 2 years. When devices like this save lives this company needs to review it's stock and removed out of date devices, some bodies life might depend on these. Got a refund, after person I spoke to pretended to be the manager.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic. Six staff available behind the counter with one customer being served. The girl said there were only 2 print specialists but I had already ordered online. Surely one of five other available staff could have picked up my order and handed it to me. It seems they prefer to make customers wait. Do some simple training WHS!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a specific criticism of upper management because I am sure the floor staff is doing the best with what they have.
If you are going to be purposefully understaffing your stores, please invest in some self-checkout machines so that customers can pay for their own items via those machines and leave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse customer service , they couldn't enlarge a photocopy from A4 to A3 which the machine can do it for them.
They just not interested they said I have to wait till 5pm ( i was there at 2:30) and them when I showed up they give me back my book no photocopies. About the waiting time a guy named Kishan told me" you can go somewhere else" rude manners rude tone ,is not difficult to use the machines training shouldn't take more than few days .
Don't waste your time here ,go somewhere else as Kishan suggested
By the way to enlarge from A4 to A3 is 141% ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OMG! I wish Google have 0 star rate because they don’t even deserve the 1 star. Worst customer service EVER! I went for passport photos 9:30am. They took the photos, took them ages to upload the photos on their system, wasted 40 min waiting and after I paid, the lady said that the passport photos would be ready later that evening or next day because there was a queue! Nowhere on earth you go for passport photos and you take them a day later! While complaining in an intense way, noticed that our photos where already printed in the machine behind the desk! The manager came to “teach” the employee that she should have convinced me to go away and not giving me the photos the same day! And not apologize to me… above all that… these photos were for my young kids who they were out of control after 40 min waiting in this hopeless shop. Honestly 200% disappointed with such a low customer service. Rude and unsmiling personnel.
