★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ive just been to purchase a cast iron skillet from Stevens at Westfield, Riccarton. I was served by Lilie-Mae. She was EXCELLENT. She was very knowledgeable and thorough in her explanation of the products available, very attentive to my individual requirements, and extremely personable, respectful, and polite in her interaction with me. I couldn't have been more impressed. And I'm very happy with my choice of product. Very well done!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well. I like the items they have, no doubt the appear to be good, but my experience isn't the best. I did buy a pasta maker and, right after the warranty expired, it started falling apart, literally. Too many broken pieces for being unlucky, too many for a small item such as a pasta maker. Didn't buy much more given my experience and the ridiculous high price. Sometimes you may find a decent deal but, overall, feels smoke and mirrors.

I bought myself a beautiful Le creuset casserole earlier today. It’s on a great sale price. I believe all ladies would love to own minimum one Le creuset in our lives. When I took home my husband said he had bought me one as Mother’s Day present and waiting for the day to give me a surprise! OMG! I never thought he could do that!
I had to take the Le creuset I bought back to Stevens for refund. Actually I felt a little guilty to do that as their staff Karen Colville and Mariya Patokina had offered me very patient and nice service when I purchased.
After listening to me patiently, they helped me find manager Brent to support the refund process. I was lucky to shopping at Stevens which is a part of Farmers, manager Brent sorted it out promptly in a professional manner.
I really appreciate Brent, Karen and Mariya’s super nice and professional service today. I’d like to tell the boss or owner of Farmers and Stevens, you are lucky to have so amazing manager and staff. They are a very important part that makes Farmers/Stevens Riccarton a high reputation and going well. ??
I will absolutely keep on being a faithful client of Farmers/Stevens Riccarton.
