★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wasn't a huge fan of tea prior to discovering the wonderful world of T2. They quite literally have everything you'd ever need and an amazing spot for last minute gift shopping. If you have a particular taste you're looking for, the staff have never disappointed me with their recommendations. Their teawares are extremely good quality, my mug and infuser combo has been a lovely companion for lonely nights of study and Netflix-binging. If you're scouring the reviews for tea recommendations, my favourites are "The Dreamer", "Papaya Lime" and "Gorgious Geisha".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were lucky enough to be served by Anna twice this week. She went the extra mile for service and was welcoming and friendly. Anna promotes T2 so well and we will definitely return to this store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely shop with lovely products but the one staff working at the Riccarton store today was incredibly rude and snappy. I needed help finding a gift for my friend and when I asked her if there were anymore gift sets in store she rolled her eyes at me and pretended to look very confused as if I was speaking another language! She was most unhelpful. It amazes me that companies hire people with zero customer service skills and zero people skills. This experience has put me off ever visiting this store again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can get tasters, bought tea for parents, partner and her parents. They all love it. Slight disappointment when the salesperson only showed the $20 and $15 tea infusing ball(?)s but there was also a $10 one which I found later after everything was paid for...
