β β β β β Donβt go near these alteration shops the owner is the rudest lady ever. I took my daughters brand new school blazer in on 11th Dec to be taken up at the sleeves. Over one month later still had not been done then owner Sharon said she would do a week later on the Friday she txt me to collect. I collected and thought didnβt look right got it home for my daughter to try on and the sleeves had been chopped off and were sitting at 3/4 sleeves. I phoned her she didnβt really care blamed me after I told her her employer that pinned it hadnβt done it correctly and her employer told me she has done it before and thatβs how the young ones wear the blazer now. She said she would fix it a week later I told her she already had for 4-5 weeks now think as they stuffed up they would do straight away. Then she had nerve to say they are the cheapest And began badmouthing the Mall tailors etc, actually they arenβt the cheapest. We ended up ringing on the Monday for her to pay us out on blazer and alteration charge and she never transferred funds for 5 days until I messaged her again. We had to wait for school uniform shop to reopen this week to buy a new blazer and take it to get taken up again. She kept my daughters brand new blazer so she not out of pocket. The thing is if you purchase it because she has chopped it you wonβt be able to let it down again. She didnβt even what to give me the pieces of material she chopped out of the bin. If I could give β0β stars I would. DONβT go there ......

β β β β β Don't trust this business. I took a leather race suit to her for alteration and was given a written quote of $160 to do the job. Four weeks later she rang me and told me she would have to charge me $120 more. Hadn't even started the job. I needed to race in two weeks and couldn't find anyone else to do at short notice. Very costly mistake trusting Sharon. Very unprofessional. Certainly won't be recommending her to anyone, especially our friends who are planning a wedding shortly.

β β β β β My partners suit jacket for our wedding was done by the owner and it's terrible. The buttons are bunched and uneven and the quality is poor. I have the impression it's a rushed job and the same goes for my mother in laws beautiful cream jacket. The sleeves were shortened and the inner material is sewed back to a ridiculous way. Really don't recommend.

β β β β β I really hate leaving negative reviews in a time like this when we should be supporting small businesses, but I took my dress pants in on a Monday morning to be hemmed and was told they would be done that Thursday/Friday. That was excellent as I needed them for Sunday. Called Friday morning as I hadn't heard anything and she was really dismissive and basically said they would be ready and that she always sends a text once they were finished. Around 3:30 on Friday I was starting to get worried as the shop closes at 4pm and I hadn't heard anything. I went in at 3:45 and she could not find my pants anywhere. She kept suggesting someone else may have picked them up and then finally settled on the fact she didn't have them. She looked one more time and they were tossed on the floor, hidden underneath other things to be altered. She just gave them back and said sorry didn't have time to finish them.
I can appreciate if she was really busy, I would have just brought them some place else but to find out Friday afternoon when I had all week to get them hemmed was a bit frustrating.

β β β β β Absolutely amazing service!!!!! This amazing lady, hemmed my intricate wedding dress very, very last minute. I went in and seen her on Tuesday, it was done by Thursday morning for my wedding on Friday.
Lifesaver! Thank you so much for your service. I highly recommend and will be coming back as well as recommending to others.

β β β β β Seemed very expensive. Went to get a price to replace a zipper and was quoted $65. The jacket only cost me $10. Maybe I was living in the dark ages but thought it would cost about $20. Not unhappy with them just shocked I can't get my favourite jacket fixed.
