About Vinny The Tailor (SABÉ Bespoke House)
Vinny SABÉ is a master tailor of SABÉ Bespoke House based on Auckland.
He comes from a artistic family of tailors and perfume makers became interested in the art of tailoring by watching his mother hand-stitch buttonholes at atelier.
He has been a practicing bespoke tailoring his entire life through his own creative approach toward tailoring craftsmanship.
After finishing his tailoring training, he moved further into his passion towards the art of cutting and fitting, started to approach traditional tailoring in more creativity ways and develop an eye for styles.
Leading an international team of tailors with over 50 years of experience, Vinny is able to create exceptional one off garments, meeting the highest standards demanded by his clients.
Vinny and his team are committed to developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, many who have been coming to his Epsom, Auckland based studio since 1999.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently acquired a number of Hugo Boss suits for my business wardrobe, and brought these in to the SABÉ studio to have them tapered to a more modern fit. Vinny worked his magic, explaining the suggested alternations to achieve the desired end result. Having picked up the suits today, the finished garments are nothing short of exceptional. It is amazing to see the difference, and even more so to feel. Vinny is a master at his craft, and I will return to his studio for all my future tailoring needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I could not recommend Sabé enough. I took a winter coat in to get altered as it was far too big for me - too long and the shoulders were too wide (which most tailors wouldn’t touch). I originally chose Vinny as I had seen that he could craft his own handmade coats so I trusted his expertise. Vinny took care in altering the coat to my precise measurements and transformed it into a life-long piece of clothing that is made perfectly for me. I am over the moon with the result. He was quick, and very reasonably priced given that the coat needed some serious work.
Furthermore, he was so kind and understanding. He explained in depth how to care for the coat in the future, gave me some dearly appreciated tips and tid bits, and went up and beyond to cater for me and made sure I was happy. He really cares about his customers and it shows. I was so comfortable and assured during the whole process - I am now a life-long customer. Thanks so much again Vinny, see you in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vinny is an exceptional tailor! I dropped off a stack of unwearable trousers to be hemmed and taken in. He took the time to get me to try them on one at a time and gave me good recommendations on trouser length (break vs no break etc). The stitching is of very high quality and all the trousers now fit me perfectly. It was certainly money well spent and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone
