★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been about 2 weeks since I went in to exchange a ring I was given as a gift. Understandably, they didn't have the exact one I needed in stock so I was told I would be contacted shortly about it. About a week later I called the store and was informed that the rep hadn't even processed it yet but that they would get onto it immediately. I'm still waiting to have any information about what's happening passed onto me.
For such an expensive brand, I would expect better customer service than this. I would give one star but the fact that when I have spoken to anyone, they have been very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inconsistency in their customer service. I think their online team did a great job but retail stores staff is not up to standard. Purchased several items and the next day happen to be their big sale, usually I would not bother about it but this time the price difference was huge.
Called new market store and asked about price difference refund - a girl told me “it was just unfortunate” and my “shopping timing” was bad. Also Told me consumer guarantee does not apply to this situation (obviously clueless about consumer guarantee) and gave out irrelevant excuses like company can decide “how they want” and when their big sale will be.
However, online team responded to me quickly and proceed the refund.
So why would the same company give me different responses? Anyway, would think twice before I step into their retail store next time. Would be nice if staff here were given proper training so they don’t give out wrong information.
