I shopped again recently and received excellent friendly service..they even replaced a faulty necklace which was my favorite..I was delighted...beautiful arrange of colorful clothes hard not to get distracted!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked the young shop assistant who was buzy gossiping to her colleague to look for a top in a different colour , she told me they didnt have any in stock. I found 3 . I asked if she would mind taking some of the items that I wished to purchase to the counter. She told me to take them myself. Employing young kids who really cant be bothered assisting or helping customers does the product a disservice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here are kind, friendly and always go the extra mile to look after their customers. I came in to buy gifts for my staff at Christmas time and nothing I requested was too much trouble. They helped me choose a Kimono for each lady, wrapped them, added beautiful pillowcases and gift bags. My staff were so delighted. Thank you so much team for being awesome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing customer service. Sales ladies pretending to be occupied but were busy chatting instead of looking after their customers.
This store is full of colours but their clothes are bad quality. I left the store straightaway and spent my money at Gorman. I will never go back to Augustine!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do love their clothes and will continue to shop there because of them but the customer service is the worst I’ve experienced.
I received a ripped garment straight out of the bag, told them about it (not expecting an exchange or refund as it was a sale item, just acknowledgement of their mistake) and they told me I must have ripped… despite me trying it on once for 1minute. Then they didn’t bother to respond to me.
I shop nearly exclusively with them and this is how they treat “valued” customers
