★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've just finished my beginner package, and I knew instantly that I was going to join long term. The benefit of these classes cannot be underestimated. After 3 weeks, I already feel the difference, a stronger core with benefits to my running! Every class instructor I've had has been friendly and attentive, and the classes fly by. I love it and recommend it to anyone who values their health and wants to set their body up for healthy and injury-free ageing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great work out, i have never thought I will enjoy pilates, but since I started , I go at least 2x a week, makes so much improvement on my muscle strength. instructors are always helpful and they motivate you to challenge yourself.
I wish they do more Thursday afternoon at the Takapuna branch :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely I love with this Pilates studio. All staff at the Takapuna branch are friendly, encouraging and nothing short of supportive no matter what your physical strengths may be. I’ve been going a few weeks now and I already notice the difference in terms of muscle tone and physical strength- the results are subtle of course so far but these classes have given me something which you don’t usually gain after a few months at the gym. Fantastic team, fantastic location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I signed up for introductory offer (6 classes for $60) and got completely addicted to Pilates! Very helpful and friendly instructors, great facility and amazing customer service. So easy to manage class bookings through the app. Had a few issues with the app in the beginning which were resolved very quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!
