★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over the years myself and my family have consistently returned to Styx and Stone because it's a great atmosphere with great food and friendly staff but today took the cake.
I have never tried waffles with crispy chicken and bacon before but on Thursday lunchtime I tried them for the first time at Styx and Stone and they thoroughly blew my mind.
As my Mum put it the chicken was "... better than KFC chicken!".

We were served by a lovely young lass called Holly who made our dining experience superb with her pleasant and helpful manner. Nothing was a problem for her and at no time did we feel hurried or ignored. Well done Holly,! Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a fantastic experience tonight using first table the food was top notch and service was great, all the team were enthusiastic which was nice to see. They missed a couple of drinks from the start which we made sure were added on, as we had them and you know it's been tough for everyone.
Thanks so much, we are glad our return visit was as good as our first experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dined tonight with two young toddlers, I was a little nervous as it was the first time taking them to a restaurant. We rang to book a table and were told our table could be reserved next to the kids play corner If we wished, Perfect!! The male and female that served us were amazing, polite/friendly and so welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious, everything was perfect and straight forward. Our experience has made us want to venture out more with the kids for dinners. A perfect night, be proud of your service.. we will be back again soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delectable! Had the double beef bacon burger for lunch and left nothing behind. The burger was very tender and flavoursome, complimented with the melted cheese, sauce, bacon and salad, a long way between two buns. Great atmosphere and super service.

Went to atm and got them 20$ each and they tryed to give it back !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience was okay, not too bad but not as good as i expected. Food was good but the atmosphere wasn’t pleasant enough, Or their Monday dining maybe just like this, not sure. Easy to find if you are going first time just follow the map. Staff were very friendly. Good service. I would give it another go sometime in future on weekends to see the difference. One thing i am not sure that on the payment time, the girl didn’t apply the first table discount on my bill by herself until i ask her. Is that normal? Do they not know who booked first table? Do people need to tell to apply discount if you went on first table? If its like you have to tell then its fine, good. Otherwise you know. Thanks ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I couldn't recommend this restaurant any higher than just saying it was awesome, amazing, decadent, delicious, we all dined like kings and queens and they treated our business friends and family like the heroes, the food was amazing, we are plant-based eaters and they looked after like we were normal.
>>> Special thanks to the team Sammy, Brian, Sophie and Ruby as the all where amazing! It's not every day you find a restaurant that is running in true harmony! Obviously have no hesitation in recommending Styx & Stone Northwood.
