The Still saw I bought there bites like a dingo but the mechanical know-it-alls refuse to look at it under warranty. "because they sell hundreds of saws and they are all fine"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped in today to pick up my generator having left it there for two weeks to repair ... only to be told sorry we can't fix it. You told me parts aren't available but when I spoke with the mechanic he said its because you don't have an account at the parts retailer. I would have happily gone and got the parts for you if required... two weeks ago.
Your job sheet says text when ready... no surprise you didn't reach me when calling. Disappointed to be charged for a job you say you can do when I drop it off to wait two weeks to then say you can't do . Not a good experience.
