★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I deal with these guys it gets better..nothing is ever an issue and they have this amazing knack of proactively sorting issues before they happen..a month ago I called smiths City to buy a dishwasher..10 minutes later I called HN. the HN dishwasher was installed 8am The next day and I'm still waiting to hear back from smiths ?

I needed the help of a technician to get it installed. Not that the printer was at fault but I hadn't installed my wifi correctly which was what caused my difficulty.

These are two very different areas of expertise and he was extremely knowledgeable about both, super helpful. We had just been at another store where the staff didn’t know how to answer our questions. Product knowledge is really important when making large purchases.
