★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went their today at about 3:00pm today. Extremely poor service. The lady kept making her online orders and didn’t even have the courtesy to tell me that she has more orders to make. Very unprofessional. I stood their and wasted 15 of my time. Don’t recommend at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dirty, staff not helpful. Always talking and laughing among them and not focusing on customers. She mark up my order put other meat and then took it out but did not change my bread. I ordered panini which came out disgusting. Most of the filling were out of bread.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed. Needed to buy one platter last minute but had no way of doing it online. It was early in the morning and there were no customers in store. The lady was adamant they couldn't do it even though the store was set up and she was waiting around for customers. She wasn't helpful but I understand that it's not their normal process. I then called botany town centre subway and the person over the phone said it's not their process but they asked the manager on site and they gave the OK.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great shop. Had my order ready. But first time had run out of my choice of bread. So out of 2 visits it's a 4 star. Maybe next time they will have my bread choice in stock. Understand this is hard to always do.
