★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, not usually my way to be negative but a disappointing visit. Could not sit down in Subway Thames and no toasting available. Why not ask for vaccination cert so people can sit inside. We sat in the street to eat. Also no tea available. Matamata Subway gave us free tea with goldcard and happy to do it. Bought it to our table. Not my best Subway visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place had a lazy staff when we went there on a hot Sunday afternoon at around 4 on 13/03/2022. We ordered a foot long but it was made very haphazardly or lazily. It was a take away only so when I finally went out and opened the pack. The salad was stuffed as If forcefully stuffing a pillow with feathers, and the patty was completely out of the sub and there was no way I could push it in. Same for all 3 subs that we ordered. Would not visit again if I go back to Thames. Would rather prefer something else. Also the guy serving was muttering something incoherent and was kind of creepy.
