At least 6 staff on.. No service for about 10 minutes. 2 looking after 1 customer. Prescription not filled. Untidy shop overall.

They had questions about my script so they rang me first off. I rang back and was talked over while trying to answer questions. Snooty, angry, condescending, rude, Just glad the doctor had got the wrong pharmacy and I can get it swapped over. So I never have to go in! Haha

My experience there was quite miserable. I had my prescription sent to them twice and in both times I had to visit them more than twice to get correct amount/ dose of medicine. It is a bunch of don’t care people who attend the patients there

I’ve used this pharmacy for maybe two years, although this year it has become quite a mess. They’re just too busy now that they’re a β€œfree” prescription pharmacy. It all went downhill after that. Often they required a few days to get meds ready, and didn’t get my repeats ready when I texted, and now I find out they’ve turned the text messaging system off entirely which I actually relied on since my med is only issued a month at a time. Perhaps they should be focusing on existing customers, not accepting new ones, if they’re so overwhelmed. I have maybe one more repeat and then I’ll be moving to a diff pharmacy.

Pharmacist said that my prescription wasn’t there, even though I hadn’t picked it up (without giving me any solution). I INSISTED, and only then she went and looked again. Turns out my prescription WAS there, but she just hadn’t looked well enough (through those boxes). And when she handed it to me? She didn’t even say SORRY or THANKS FOR YOUR PATIENCE. She just handed it to me in silence. Honestly very shocked by the lack of respect and professionalism.

This has been my pharmacy for many years but no longer. The new owners are incompetent with processing prescriptions. They have long queues with one front of shop assistant trying in vein to find prescriptions only to find they have not been processed. Most recently I have had to return twice to pick up my prescription, regardless of them calling to tell me that my prescription was ready, I was turned away and told I would have to wait an hour or come back. Phoning to say when to pick up repeats doesn't work, the system they use is obviously useless, but the customer seems to be always at fault even though they have followed the correct procedure. I could go on but am yet to try again for my prescription to be processed and then I no longer will be a customer.

Phoned on Tuesday to order blister packs. Told they would be ready Friday after explaining I would be away on the date they were due to be issued. I waited in a queue stretching to the door, only to be told the blister packs had not been done. I had to explain again what I had told the man on the phone. Staff member was rude and dismissive, with the pharmacist, who had been serving at the counter moments earlier, suddenly being "snowed under" and "too busy." She may want to consider where she postitions herself before she has a laugh at a customer's expense. I have had ongoing issues when calling for prescriptions. Excuses have varied, but the common one appears to be a constant turnover of staff. Four days notice was more than enough time to prepare my prescription, and there was no excuse for the rudeness. I see from reading other reviews that my experiences are not unique. I suggest that Green Cross Health, who own the Unichem brand, have a good look at this pharmacy.

There is always a problem with prescriptions and wait times are insane. Cant find prescription that was sent yesterday. Had to print it. Half hour wait? No thanks. Come back the next day. One person serving. More waiting. Take so long to find the package. Ah, it's in the area for big bags. Looks like there are 3 places to look, all organized by letter. Much digging through boxes. Honestly, I'll be going somewhere that charges and can get an easy pickup done in less than half an hour. Shame, because the people are great. They need a system. It's not hard.
