It was quite busy, but yet they were super calm and asked questions to ensure they get our orders correct. Their positive attitudes radiates so much good energy ((:

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience most of the time. Staff don’t care about making it as requested. Asked her to put all the salads & My sub had missing beetroot, missing olives, missing spinach, 4 tomatoes in a footlong. The only reason I am writing this review is because these things happens most times and it’s a deliberate attempt to save cost of salad. Multiple staff makes it in a same manner which reflects that’s how they are trained and instructed by the owners. There is no other subway in 2.5 km radius and these guys located in the busiest area….owner knows there won’t be a major damage even if the quality served is not good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good Subway that is very busy which means the ingredients don’t have time to sit around going soggy and yuk. Good vegetarian option and if you let them know you are vegan, they will offer to put new gloves on while they prepare your order. A+ for that!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Given them several chances but not worth. The food here doesn’t give the value of what we payed for. I repeatedly asked the staff to put more cheese but she ignored. Disappointed ?? Cookies weren’t fresh too, hard and dried?? Already given feedback on the subway survey too and still the same is happening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service provided by Vivian yesterday was AMAZING! She was a genuine human being who just wanted to do a great job! I watched her with other customers and decided I would get her to make my favorite sub...she did it so well...everything I asked for and it was great to interact with her! It so depends on who serves you as to what you get. Well done Vivian from the Base Subway in Te Rapa! You're AWESOME!
