★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't fault this place, the service is always fast and friendly. I usually order through the app at work, then walk down to collect 10 minutes later and it's always ready and waiting for me to pick up. The food itself is always good and fresh tasting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Couldn't be more impressed. Man serving changed gloves happily when I asked as requesting vegetarian sub. He also voluntarily collected clean knife to cut sub as he said not much point changing gloves if then using a knife used to cut meat. He also asked next customer if they'd mind waiting until he'd finished the vegie sub. Food delicious, fresh. terrific service thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went and brought 2 foot long subways.. one had broken bread, no bacon which I asked for and it was put into the microwave. The sandwich wasnt made very nicely. The girl that served me seemed to be in a hurry..I rang to ask about it and talk to whoever is in charge. Was told the boss doesnt live here. And she was sorry. Followed by I dont work at nights as that's when I went in. I am absolutely guttered! As we enjoy our subway and go to every store in new plymouth. And I've never experienced what has happened before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wants to give zero but there is no option. I went there at 8:35pm, staff said they are closed. But the time is upto 9 pm. Rude behaviour and no respect for customer. If do not wants to work then closed it forever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service even with a new member of staff under training.very helpfull,friendly at the same time remaining professional.this branch and it's staff are a credit to the brand,franchise owner should be happy with the team and do everything he/she can to retain them,I am from out of town and will be going back whilst I am in the area.
