★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to purchase Subway on Wednesday 23. It was around 7:15pm and the store was busy. I was inside the restaurant standing in the queue and I observed the male making the sandwiches touch his forehead several times whilst wearing the disposable gloves. Not only did he touch his face with these gloves, he was handling the bread afterwards and the subs with the same gloves. This repulsed me so I walked out, it has kind of put me off eating subway and makes me cringe thinking about it. Surely if you touch your face, remove the gloves and fit new ones. No one wants sweet or germs transferred to their subway sandwich. Ewwww With covid it is time to get serious with your food hygiene standards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had the best sub of my life. The staff member looking after me (I think her name was Maia) was so friendly and made me feel so welcome! Was super gracious when I was being a bit indecisive and informed me of all my options so I felt I was making the right decision. A+++

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was Sunday evening. Service at the Subway Spitfire Square was average. I was the second person in my group and I was invisible to the young woman serving the males in my group and totally ignoring me. I was standing there and had to reclaim service ?
The food was fine as expected.
Subway at the landing is superior in service and presentation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go almost everyday usually food and service is great especially in the evening but I went Thursday morning at 8.50 and doors were closed guy working inside and was trying say something with hands. This Looks very unprofessional service.not happy!!!
