★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service. Refused to except air nz refreshments voucher for a Salad. Server said I couldn't use it as I was trying to pay the additional 5 dollars over the voucher value that the salad cost on a card. Then she said it could only be used for drinks. Total rubbish as all food and drink places have to take them. I rightly objected. Only when she saw people around us were starting to listen did she begrudgingly accept it. Rude, would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pre-covid I would fly to Australia for work once a fortnight, and Tank Chch Airport is/was always my go-to. Would always take a wrap on the plane to eat instead of aeroplane food. Honestly, it’s even better than Manaia Lounge food (although not Koru Lounge ??). Friendly service and delicious salads!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give it a 0 I would. Ordered a bowl and she said I couldn’t have one because they ran out of bowls. I said fair enough and ordered the bowl in a smoothie. She then said she couldn’t do that and to choose something else. I picked 3 different smoothies and said she couldn’t do them ‘full.’ Came back and said she was out of frozen bananas and other ingredients. Asked for a refund and she gave the wrong change. 10/10 worst service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great time while ordering to the small lady who’s wearing a black cap as she was such a bubbly and her customer service was great. The tank up was so yum and refreshing as well! I’ll surely come back and buy soon again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go there on a regular, Recently asked the worker what time they close and they Said 6.30pm which confirms the time displayed on the net but I arrived yesterday at 6.10 and the same worker says sorry we are closed ? all that way to be bounced. Tardy worker and slow service also. Pathetic.
