Just another subway. Misadvertisement on their menu, ordered a water with my meal, on the menu board it was stated free but was charged $3.70 for water bottle...when i asked the indian server why she said the menu board was a mistake. Update your menu so your not confusing your customers on prices.

Got a footling with extra chicken, bacon and cheese. This is what I got (next to pita pit for comparison), lacking all ingredients. All the subs we brought were tiny.

The team were very accommodating. They did catering for 4 sports team during a tournament. They were happy to change plans (at my request) at late notice. Made deliveries to the sports ground (Bruce Pulman Park) Great communication

I'm someone that goes here at least once or twice a month. And in the past year or 2 the staff even though they have changed have been nothing but rude. No smile, no warm greeting, nothing. You try cracking a joke and get 0 response from them. The subs always have a "sprinkle of lettuce". When you ask for extra you get another "sprinkle" literally. You sometimes get 5 tomatoes on a footlong rather than the 6 you normally do. And you have to ask for it.

Consistently Disappointing. Always at least 15 minutes behind making orders placed online which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead on your lunch break. Even more disappointing is that the Owner feels he can ignore the CGA and not supply goods as advertised. For the third time today my 6inch sub didn't come with any cheese, The reason I have been given is that "Its too expensive to use mozzarella in 6inch subs" which is contradictory to your advertising and national standards, Therefore illegal.

My 2 subs were delicious no complaints there so x2 stars. Lost 3 stars is because: #1 lost star - i never got a receipt #2 lost star - i ordered x3 chocolate macadamia cookies and only got x2 #3 lost star - they were thin and bent while i held it to eat it. No warm greeting or thank you at the pay counter nearly lost 4th star but I am giving benefit of doubt the masks muffled their voice. Disappointed as this was my first visit in 2 years.

2 of 3 subs were made really badly, with missing ingredients and wrong ingredients despite being informed of allergies. Store was out of ingredients but no one informed us after the order was placed or at time of pickup. Pictures are of a $13.90 footlong order which should have had bacon, cucumber, carrots, cheese and mayo. Raised issue with the store who replaced the subs, still didn't get all the ingredients as carrots were out of stock owing to covid supply issues.

Loved my subs, cookies and service. I'm a very assertive person so when I want something I'm not afraid to be direct about it but I didn't feel the need to as the lady serving me gave me exactly what I needed and didn't skimp on any ingredients. The cookies were also decently large and soft and chewy. I will be back :D
