β β β β β Salad isnβt always well presented. Sometimes looks a bit old. I think itβs because of lees foot traffic here. But the subway on broadway isnβt much better.

β β β β β I ordered a sub with extra cheese was charged and didn't get any cheese at all tried to call and no one answered you can take money but not fix your faults ! Disgusting workers

β β β β β Really poor service, workers obviously don't enjoy their job and have no respect for their food or customers. Server was a little rude, I can handle that, but fully squashed the sub while wrapping. Unappetizing, much less than I've come to expect of Subway

β β β β β Multiple times ordered online and staff didn't notice so had to wait for them to make it. Once ordered a three pepper chicken and the patties were still half frozen. The Indian food right next to it is good :)

β β β β β I went here just now. I donβt know her name cause she hasnβt any name tag but she wear glasses.
She was very unkind and she gave it to me like she was throwing food and tissue.
She didn't answer at all when I ordered, and she kept glaring at me and talking with another staff even while she was cooking my food.
I never wanted to come back here and everything about her was unkind.

β β β β β Just got served here and was absolutely disgusted by the service. Could barely speak any English and clearly hate their jobs. When handed my sub, the bread was green and stale. Then I went back up and asked to get my money back and they refused. So I asked to get a salad instead and veggies were old and dry and the honey mustard sauce tasted sour. Honestly can't believe how this subway has even passed its food hygeine. Mugging customers right off.

β β β β β While I do enjoy the subs like at any other subway branch. The customer service at this particular subway is quite bad. Staff particularly a short woman with glasses, were not very friendly and seem uninterested like they donβt want to be there. Even after multiple occasions it doesnβt seem to have improved.
