★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We made an online order for two subways and reached the shop after 20 minutes. The meals were not ready and they started preparing when we asked for the meal. The sub was not toasted although we requested for toasted meal. Very poor customer service. Staff were looking very frustrated and was rude, may be because the shop was busy. First time, I had a negative experience from subway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First girl we dealt with was absolutely lovely and props to her for making my partners sandwich well with a lot of salad. Second girl which I had the misfortune of getting sandwich made by chucked salad at bread with no care in world barely made eye contact and didn't smile at all and missed things out I had asked for. Hair was found in the sandwich or my partners. And the cashier that finished us off was obnoxiously chewing gum (in a food place!!) Something needs to happen here after reading all the other reviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cross-contamination potential is high here. Staff are not trained well. Gloves are supposed to be used to protect the customer from cross-contamination, not to keep your hands clean. Touching every handle on every door and then getting frustrated when I asked them to change gloves after digging in the chicken and touching three door handles. Won’t be coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the smallest salad I have ever had from Subway. Bowl only just half full. The 2 salads I bought fitted into one bowl. incidentally, this was a double chicken with bacon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were friendly but were clearly overworked and exhausted. Also gave me a tiny amount of tuna filling, way stingier with the tuna than on previous visits.

The kid behind the counter not only took forever to make 1x sub but put barely anything I'm it. I can make better at home for far less than $15.00

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually I am giving a half star. Salad packing was so little. Even the sauces were just like drops. The worst ever subway I had ever. It's not the shop but the people who were preparing it. People pay money for their food atleast give them what is worth the money.
