★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a new panini sandwich and the pictures are so misleading, making it seem like normal 6 or 12 inch subs, the cost as well. But it turns out it's a tiny like sandwich, completely misrepresented.
See for yourself how it's advertised as if it's a normal sub just on different type of bread.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bought 2 12 inch subs sun arvo 18 april around 4.30,wasn't busy, young guy serving, another sitting playing with ph, noticed a fly constantly landing on the cookies, I swished it away and mentioned to the server who also swished it away again.
sub was good but wonder if the salads have flies landing on them as never covered and don't buy the cookies
Saturday 29/1/22, went to subway Kingsland around 8 pm, the lights were on so opened the door and proceeded to the counter with covid passport ready, no one came out, the salad prep area was completely empty, nek minute alarm goes off, I called out but still no one, I then went next door to tell the staff member at gull what happened and he was amused, he then tried to get hold of the manager which took awhile, I went back and waited by subway to explain what happened when the manager turned up, he thanked me and I left.
Was disappointed that I wasn't able to get subway for tea and had to settle for 2nd best, mcds
Just a heads-up, subway close at 7pm not 10 pm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a big fan of Subway, but this store has ruined it all with the sub size. The bread is very small compared to other stores, you can barely see the toppings and I had to ask to put more spinach leaves and capsicum chops. Same with sauces - they literally put few drops as compared to other stores. Will never buy from here. Just to be fair - the staff was nice, plenty of space to sit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your normal Subway branch. However the hygiene was a bit concerning. Can you spot the fly on the cookie? They don’t have Sub of the Day which was a shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to share compliment about will . Exceptional customer service and he was always make very nice sub and very polite . I never go to kingsland store as got very worse service from Indian lady as she was very rude with me . But first day I went to that subway as all subway were closed and will made subway for me and I really liked it since then its been 2 month I always got to that subway. Will is very passionate about his work . Always smiling .keep up great work will !
