★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a view, with not much walk though. The walk upto the top is quite steep. Don't go during rainy day as it gets pretty slippery but on a sunny day it's just amazing. Park your car at the carpark and 10 minute walk takes you to the top where you will see the sheeps will be walking along with you to the top. Super awesome. There is a bench on the top to sit as well. Can be a pretty good spot to have something to nibble with a view ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrance to Sugar Loaf Walkway via Cumberland Rise. Easy parking spots, go up the drive by foot and then climb over the fence. A good incline if you like a challenge, dirt path, pretty straightforward. Not that long of a walk from the car park to the top, maybe 15-20mins? Wasn't really timing myself. Seats along the way if you need a rest. Good view at the top, over the vineyard and to Puketapu.
I saw a lot of bees on the way up so if you are allergic to bee stings bring your supplies just in case.
