★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had the worst customer service, I specifically made the trip to chartwell shop and I definitely wanted to buy, when the salesperson, ignores you, doesn’t know what polarised is and offers no help, except letting other customers riffle through the display draws, I walked out after being ignored, very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always receive excellent service here. Have had straightening of an arm on my glasses and cleaning whenever I wanted. Love my Coach sunglasses too so was wonderfully surprised when they were replaced free of charge when I took them in for repair.
