★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good toy shop with loads of different toys of all categories and neat that they have lego, trains and playmobil tables to let the kids try out. My kids 2 and 5 could have spent ages there. Nice touch with bubble machine too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very small, expensive but there aren't really any other toy stores in nz that only sell/specialize in toys. The Base Te Rapa had a store there too, but that closed down since the Pandemic hit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good little store for lego but from my visit today, I didn’t appreciate the worker there called Kayleigh. She needs to work on her customer service skills rather then looking up and down at customers as if we couldn’t afford to purchase the item that I did. Also her attitude needs to be looked at, when politely asked for a bag for the large item I purchased, no response was given, only a shove of the product back towards me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of stock. A bit crowded. Per usual it's overpriced. It's ok, the kids love going in but when I say we got to go, they aren't too happy. It's just always so expensive at toy world.
