Extremely disappointed about Pagani. I have been a regular customer of Pagani but not anymore from today . I bought a dress and a belt online and paid via Laybuy. There is no where on their website mentioned about the length of the belt so I ordered a size S. Picked it up at Hamilton CBD shop, tried it on but unfortunately it didn't fit me. The shop lady was looking for a size XS to exchange for me but they don't have it so she recommended me go to Chartwell to get a size XS. This Saturday I went to Chartwell just to exchange the size but the shop at Chartwell said they can't do that and said the only way is to send it back to the warehouse and I have to make another order and come to the store once again to pick up?????? It took me 30 mins driving, 15 mins looking for parking, 15 mins looking for the store to exchange a $7 belt and they can't exchange because it's different system???
The answer doesn't make any sense and especially if "it's different system" why the other shop seller even recommended to me to Chartwell to exchange???? Waste of my time entire morning and got nothing. It seems that Pagani doesn't care about their customer, what they care is just how they make it easy for themselves. And they probably should train their staff again since what they told customer is wrong and made their customer waste of their time. Extremely disappointed.
