★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total rip-off merchants! My ex-wife took her Merc in because it was not starting intermittently. They quoted $2000 for diagnosing the fault and replacing fuel pump. I told her not to do it and did some homework myself. Ended up repairing the fault by replacing a $28 relay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My car ended up needing a major service but what a difference it has made. They kept me informed of the costs, provided a good little loaner (for a small cost) and gave me my car back groomed and clean.
I must admit my Mercedes has never felt as good to drive as it is now thanks to the team at EuroService Auckland. Thanks Colin and the rest of the crew!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have previously been happy with the work here, but am now left kind of shocked by the recent repairs. Took the car in to fix an ongoing air-con issue. Came to pick the car up but the electronic key was broken, the car no longer locked. They kept the car and tried to fix the key, but in the end we unable to make it work. They then charged me $243 for this unsuccessful attempt. Just to be clear - I took a car in, whilst the car was in their care the key broke, and they attempted to remedy this, but failed, and then charged me hundreds of dollars for the wonderful pleasure of now having a broken electronic key that does not lock my car. Insane.

They replaced my adaptive headlight unit. Colin has difficulty with English but thats probably where he's from - cant help it. HAHA. Gotcha Colin. See you next time. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great workshop, honest service and fast turnaround time, another mechanic tried to rip me off with 10k worth of work and the guys at Euroservice completed the repair properly for a fraction of the cost, good on you team, will definitely use them again and recommend them.
