If you can't put on a face and a smile for the sake of customer service, you are in the wrong job and please look for a new career.
The older lady with dark hair that was working this afternoon needs a course on customer service and how to talk to people, she snapped at us for asking a question as if we were meant to know the answer? Super rude and we walked straight out and won't be returning to that specific store.
