★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked in for an appraisal, on arrival the staff seemed confused as to why I was here after explaining I had booked through there website they took 3 pictures of my car txted someone and offered me very little for the car. I would have understood the price if someone had actually looked at my car but I don’t think taking pictures and texting someone and showing me the message of the price offer was professional in the slightest

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DONT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! owned it 2days and started making horrible noise told them about it 2weeks of a muck around from them told to get report from 2 places had to get it towed as it was not drivable finally got it to a mechanic find out the drove shaft is stuffed and now our we have to use mechanical break down where 2cheap should be covering it as they sold us the faulty car ! The only good thing is the lovely service from Rong the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time she’s very helpful and goes the extra mile

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty blown away by my experience with this car yard. The first time I went to see the car I was interested in I was told to come back the next day because they were too busy and the poor lady was working alone and absolutely run off her feet.
The car I looked at was a disgrace. Spray painted areas absolutely everywhere covering rust, over spray all over the show. Poorly presented. Dirty piece of junk and test driving a car with the gas light on... what on earth is up with that. The name doesn't represent getting a good deal... because of the condition this vehicle was in it wasn't even slightly worth the asking price, the name represents the fact they are 2cheap to even present their cars in a decent clean saleable condition. Definitely not going back there.
