★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop doesn't deserve even one star. Unmotivated staff. They said the photos would be in 25 min. Then, it is going to be in one hour. We left and came back 2 hours later and the answer was they are overloaded and can't make it. Who manage this place? How can they have so few staff (unmotivated) for a busy day like a public holiday? Definitely I don't recommend this place. If you can't make it, said it at the beginning. Don't make us to waste our time.

but not ballpoint pens ($4.99 for 3 BIC pens)
Also it is unnecessary to segregate pens section and exercise book section.
No, it ia better to put them side by side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to print out some cards earlier this week, but was turned away because the person 'in charge of printing' was not working at the time (4pm). I went back the following day and when I was speaking to one of the workers (young man, very polite) one of his co-workers rudely interrupted and told him to complete a job for her ... in the middle of him trying to help me. I found this so rude but also the young man helping me was so flustered and apologised but proceeded to do what he was ordered to by his co-worker. That was so rude - especially since he was already busy with a customer. There was another worker beside him that was watching it unfold but he did nothing to help. I found this whole interaction so disappointing as I've been coming to this store for so many years. Honestly not happy with the service nor the conduct of the staff members.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store has a lot of good priced items but the staff stare a lot. Maybe they've had a few thefts which is normal to be suspicious of shoppers but they follow and pretend to stock shelves is a bad look for this store. Hope they don't do this anymore, it seems like there are different issues with this specific store. Will be taking business elsewhere in the future.

I got my portfolio and CV printed here. The person who served me did not listen to my instructions of how I wanted it printed and cut, quoted me wrong (quoted me for double the price I was meant to pay) and had a bit of an attitude like they did not care. My portfolio had a 5mm border around the whole thing and I asked them to help trim it for me and have it bound. I came back and the portfolio was a complete disaster as they did not trim all four sides. Instead, they trimmed 10mm from two sides of the paper. I was running late that day and didn’t have the time to argue so I just paid the price and left. That day wasted $300 for a 25 page A4 printed in colour on satin paper. I’ve learnt my lesson and will never return here to to print ever.
