โ โ โ โ โ Very unenthusiastic and reserved service, although no other customers at the same time. The result are terribly ill-fitting goggles, that's 44$ for the rubbish bin.

โ โ โ โ โ The guy who helped us out today was super helpful. I ended up buying two big bags, two swimming caps, 1 swimming fin, and ear plugs from him. Great customer service and a big range of products.

โ โ โ โ โ This place is the place for all swimmers from beginners to intermediate to professional, with a wide range to choose from it will satisfy you and your search for aquatic gear. The shop has Olympic standard racing gear and then all gear for all ability levels right down to toddler. Would definitely recommend it. Clean, more than enough change rooms and space.

โ โ โ โ โ Visited T3 recently to purchase boys racing power-skin for my son, there was only 2 options in the store at the time but one of these was pulled out wet from its new box, we proceeded to purchase the item in a different colour that was to be shipped to our home address from another T3 store, we were assured we would get this item in time for sons up and coming event. The item never arrived and I spent the better part of this week trying to track my order that was paid for at the Albany store, I have been assured several time by the staff over the last couple of days that operations manager will phone me, the fact that no one could explain where my order was and the radio silence from operations manager speaks volumes, I have now received an email from the operations manager and will have to get a full refund for our item.

โ โ โ โ โ My first time shopping at Swim T3 Albany, was served by a young girl who made my shopping a very plesant experience. Her customer service and interpersonal skills were outstanding and not only that she was very knowledgeable too. In general I was very impressed.
