★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff and knowledge of the products they're selling. They have helped me quit smoking but not only that there customer service is great very friendly people and they're always keen on a chat. They don't make ya feel like a bigot or an ignorant for asking anything vaping related unlike some other places iv'e purchased vaping products from within the Manawatu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome service and great deals cheaper than the other stores i can get 50ml for $20 30ml for $15 and choose the %PG/VG and Nicotine level and you get a small amount of credit added to your account each time you buy stuff and when i have enough aside like $5-$10 or so i put it on a juice so i don't have to pay as much. They are a great little shop and have some nice flovours and vapes to choose from and happy helpful friendly staff i highly recommend The Mushroom Cloud if you want safe quality made in NZ juice at more than competitive prices with a nice range of flavors and vape mods and kits. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐AAA+++

Went in there to buy a product that I had purchased and used before, the young girl in there tried to upsell me some more expensive products by telling me that the e juice I was currently using was not designed for my vape, and that I needed salts instead. I decided to leave without buying anything which was followed up with a sarcastic 'have a nice day' from her. I actually did have a nice day by spending my money elsewhere.
