★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I drove down to the Royal Albatross Centre this morning when I just saw a very well represented viewing platform next to the carpark. There is paved path to all three platforms where you can see amazing views of the Pacific Ocean from Taiaroa Heads and Lighthouse on one side to the southern clifftop. You can see the sea birds of various types and their nests on the cliff edges.
To my surprise this place wasn't on Google map so I have added and written this review to guide future visitors. Please follow instructions written on the signboards in English, Chinese and Japanese languages. Enjoy the mesmerizing views and thank me later.
