打去問，態度也差，做事懶散。
國外的友人第9天時，
打去問，也懶得幫忙處理問題。說等電聯。
付費，沒信用卡、沒 cash card
一切需要現金或支票。
有夠落伍的。
17天了，還沒聯系。友人親自打去問，
接線者說：“早已經好了，只是你的電話
不是在本區，我們無法通知你”。
這....什麼理由啊？？紐西蘭那樣大，
要簽證的人，都得住 AKL ？才能聯系？
若不行，麻煩事先也要說清楚。
駐外代表領的薪水，是人民的納稅錢。
但做出來的績效服務，讓外國友人們
看台灣笑話。丟臉丟到國外去...
真的是該好好改進與檢討!!

外交人員很熱心幫忙~ 很溫暖~ 很貼心~
給予很多必要的幫助~
並把緊急製作的護照寄到我們在南島下塌的旅店~
並確保我們一定會收到~
他們人手本來就很吃緊~ 要處理的業務也很多
希望大家能多給他們一點耐心~

Fortunately, the 24-hour emergency hotline~ keeps us from helpless
The diplomats are very helpful~ very warm~ very caring~

And make sure we will receive it~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time my wife went there and ask regarding about how to apply visa to Taiwan and the woman at the front desk is so rude and shout at her and tell her to apply online her self. Second time my father when their to renewal he's passport and they told him that they will post the new passport to him, but after two months he still haven't received it so he call the the front desk and they told him that they don't post the passport and he have go to the office and get it him self, and no one notice him regarding his passport is ready to pickup. Very poor service and I won't go there if it's nessary. Me as nationality of Taiwan I felt disappoint and ashamed of they providing such service to their people and other nations.
