★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called in agreed a half hour massage without stone with greeter. Massage person was different, no introduction just started after I was lying down, no discussion re pressure. Found it so sore on my arms I was in pain worrying I would be bruised. Then realised time was quite long so I asked what time it was reminding I only had 30 minutes agreed to find 40 minutes had passed. Explained I only wanted 30 minutes massage therapist got angry with me saying I’d said 90 minutes. I asked to please finish. Upon leaving greeter argued with me saying I said 60 minutes which was entirely not the case. She wanted to charge full hour and I had to threaten leaving before she put $55 on eftpos for half hour price. I actually had a $5 gift voucher as well which was taken but in her anger she did not honour. So rude and not honest.
