โ โ โ โ โ Amazing store with the most amazing stylists! I LOVE the Kilt range and love even more that the range is ethically made in NZ. Their timeless garments are made to last so you definitely get your moneyโs worth. Highly recommend going in and trying stuff on - you wonโt regret it!

I wanted to wear to a spรฉcial friend's wedding. .They did try their very best to find the dress that was just what I wanted To find that it was "made in New Zealand" So I would like to recommend
this "all ages"dress shop.

โ โ โ โ โ Returned a dress for change of mind, they donโt allow refunds but can do store credit, which is inconvenient but fine as it is the condition of the sale. However, I donโt understand the reason that they donโt just store this credit digitally, it is 2022 now! The staff gave me a little piece of card saying that I should treat this as cash, if I lose it, I wonโt be able to recover the credit. So even they have member system and you get dollars for purchase under your account, you canโt store your return credit there. You have to keep your little card carefully until you use it. I think this unwelcoming system means they donโt want you to return anything so make decision carefully. Also, the girl working in the store was clearly having flu symptoms and only wore a fabric mask which meant nothing. I am not blaming her as she seems like a nice girl. The management team should have her rested at home instead of serving customer considering the current COVID situation. I used to like Kilt for its unique design and quality fabric, but I donโt think they take enough care of the customer and staff. You would expect better system and service for the price tag. I wonโt be back again after using my credit (if I am lucky enough not losing it)
