But there are never enough staff on and the wait times can be ridiculous.
Its easier to go to the Tank at Northwest

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite surprised by the negative reviews on here! I only googled it to see what time it closes. I have lunch from here most days and the staff are always cheerful and helpful. When TANK introduced weighing the salad for the wraps they did get a bit thin. TANK don't be tight. Staff are great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer service out of all the Tanks in all of New Zealand. Clearly 2 staff members on shift at 13:00 on a Thursday is too much for their employees to handle.
Customers bickering with staff and the staff bickers right back. I couldn't believe my eyes watching these people interact while I waited THIRTY minutes for a wrap.... appalling. Unacceptable. Management fix your store.
