★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi there, I hope all is well I know during a tough time things may become hard on each individual. I come here quiet often and if I am correct those that wear a black shirt is management? Any who on the 30th of October I had come to pick up at order around 1:20ish pm. Don’t get me wrong the food was delicious but I am worried about how the staff are being treated I witnessed a worker being yelled at by someone in a black shirt which then made her feel uncomfortable to a point it looked like she was going to break down and cry! I myself am a manager and I would never take my anger out on a co worker for what so ever reason to a point that would make my worker cry but yet you would want her perform at the best ability but to be spoken to in such a way would be unacceptable for me. I hope you really do have a good look into it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ try Called so many times and never answer the phone calls. not just 1 time other days never answer the calls. I have something concern about my order online and need to update my order.
once I let the staff know that I try to call so many times. The staff look at the phone nothing wrong with the phone. I believe that they not put the value up and try to avoid to answer the call.I suggest you shouldnt have the phone number on the website or just throw your phone in the bin instead. useless staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I miss all the old staff! They knew exactly how to treat customers and knew exactly what the regulars wanted and would already have it prepared while you were waiting to order. What happened to the Maori girl and all those who worked while she was there such a disappointment now

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely love tank! But every time I go to pick my order up, no staff acknowledges for at least 5mins of me standing there. This time I ordered two tanks through the app, and both of which haven't been blended properly & we're getting chunky bits of powder coming through our straws. I'm not very satisfied with the ongoing poor customer service and these two tanks.
