★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Real authentic taste of asian noodles! Either to fulfill your craving of Chinese food or just need something super tasty, this can be a great choice and not mention the price is very much affordable than some fancy restaurant. Worth of every penny!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.... what a very rude women..My wife called canteen noodle to make a order , the women was rude on the phone and had trouble understanding my wife and hung up on her.... so my wife decided to go in person and place an order ... The women once again was very rude un friendly, SEEMED LIKE SHE WAS ANOYED WITH THE WORLD..She needs a lesson in some manners or how to deal with customers. I know english is their second language but you would think if you run a business and want customers to come back you would be a bit nicer. She was horrible.. We will never go back there. we will take our money to someone that appreciates the custom and wants to take our money. If i could give a no star option i would as they don't even deserve a one star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased Honey Chicken Noodles, Got Home & Opened the Container & There Were Clumps Of A Jelly-ish Substance Which I Think Was Suppose to Be Sauce??? YUK!!! Then I Was Overcharged & I Have No Idea Why Considering I Purchased the 1 Item. Customer Service Needs Work. Disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give this restaurant and thumbs down I would. I have been to plenty of Noodle Canteen restaurants all over NZ and I have NEVER been disappointed until visiting this one here.
- Customer service was just mind blowing, the lady is so rude, not welcoming, can barely hear what she’s saying, has an ‘I don’t want to be here’ attitude even when spoken to kindly and with manners. Instead of answering our questions she would nod, shake her head or raise her eyebrows.
-Food was such a sad and downfall experience. We had brought 3 different meals from here and they all were nothing like the menu stated. Some had missing ingredients, some had other extra ingredients that weren’t on the menu. My sister had ordered #3 that was suppose to have shrimp in it and the meal only had 2 in it. We ate inside and they served us by leaving our bowls on their counter with no lids on them.
Very sad to see that there are actually owners of restaurants who let themselves and their business down by choices like this.
Definitely DO NOT recommend and will not be visiting here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appalling service from the female Asian lady! Left me standing there as if I was lost. Then spoke to the cook about me. People know when they’re being talked about!
Got home to discover it was only noodles, and 1 piece of chicken. $13.90 is to expensive even if it had chicken!
No greeting and no thank you for my business. In conclusion from the customer service and the quality of the food, clearly they don’t want my money post COVID because it shows with how they act.
Stay clear of here, cheaper and more quality options like Royal Horse around the corner. Take your money elsewhere and support better businesses.
Would be no stars if I could.
