★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maybe needing another staff on. I was told there was a 10 minute wait. I thought oh that's fine but then young lady failed to take my order, I then Seen there was a self order station (was never told) so I placed my order. Came back after 5 minutes waited a further 10 minutes. Then the Young lady asked If I was waiting for something. I said yes and she pulled out my drink. She seemed a bit flustered and very busy, bench space was a mess and she seemed depressed to be to be there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love going to Tank for smoothies. We are giving it 5 stars due to the manager, Ms. Jishly. Since she knows we go there once or twice a week, she remembers our order and how we like it! Friendly and efficient staff! We highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stopped in yesterday afternoon to grab me a refreshing drink before heading back to work, I was served by a young girl who seemed awfully flustered as she was alone, and had back log of orders. I didn’t once see hand washing, change of gloves between orders or between tasks, nothing was sanitised correctly. She also had her hair down and was wiping her face continuously. - I received my drink after a wait of 20 minutes from ordering. I do hope nobody will allergies received a drink containing cross contamination which could be avoided with glove changing and hand washing ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just purchased a health nut protein. This is usually lovely milky nutty taste and quite thick consistency. Today it is really watery. I noticed what looked like a large scoop of ice was added. I wonder if they have started adding more to keep costs down? Disappointing.
