★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Damian helped me pick my Glasses, I'm quite particular in what I like and his patience was much appreciated, he offered me a few frames he thought would suit me which to be quite honest at first I didn't think would suit but I was quite shocked with how much I loved his choices. I ended up falling in love with a pair he had picked.

Mick is brilliant at getting my tricky occupational prescription perfect for me and so knowledgeable, friendly, understanding and kind. Brechon the manager and Dispensing Optician is so polite and helpful and generous. Jenny and Anna were both very proficient sorting out my orders and all of these staff were very helpful and patient with my many questions. Thanks team.

All of the staff members (Mick, Claire, Katie, etc.) are very patient, helpful and friendly with all of my questions and concerns especially when I spent a long time choosing my glasses. I admire their passion and dedication to their work. It was definitely a pleasant experience!

I had an eye test consult first and we’re kept appraised of what was happening the whole way through the process, then worked with the team to find some frames which suited me. They were focused on working with me to choose the right frames for the job and not trying to sell me something expensive as I need glasses only for occasional use which I really appreciated. A big thanks to Damian who worked with me. I generally don’t write reviews, but this store is deserving of one.

Very helpful with fixing spectacles from Blenhiem Spec Savers.
Cleaned glasses and helped with a query for another person about using Spec Savers for very poor eyesight. The answer was yes and lots of choice with frames.
Covid had meant minimal staff but still very helpful and pleasant.
Great service.
Car parks close and easy to find just off Quuen street entrance to Richmond Mall.
