★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service (cannot emphasize this enough - staff were friendly, incredibly helpful and patient walking my elderly parents through options with a focus on making sure any purchase was exactly what they wanted - not upselling or pressuring for sales). The store is well laid out, with a good range of styles, & excellent value / quality for money. Highly recommend with a shout out to Preeti for going above and beyond for us today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A new location hasn't been good for me, difficult to get to with limited parking with Spotlight and Harvey Norman using the same space. Huge store but the "boss" was totally unhelpful. The sales assistant we spoke with was lovely but her superior leaves a lot to be desired. I wont be back sadly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a queen bed but the whole process has been frustrating. I’ve been really patient and nice to everyone but the last call was the most frustrating experience.
I bought a bed on the 26 October and I was told that it would arrive in 2-3 weeks. I called on November 2nd (2 weeks out) and they said it hasn’t arrived yet. I called on the 9th (3 weeks out) and I was told that it’s not here yet but because of the delays they will deliver it to me instead. Great, I appreciate that.
I called the 17th (4 weeks out) and asked if it’s this week yet, they said there’s a shipment coming in next week. I said thank you. I called 23rd (5 weeks out now) . They said at the end of the week. I said sweet, thank you. I called in on the end of the week 26th, they said that there’s a shipment that arrived today and that they would deliver on Saturday.
I called today asking and I got told that it’s ready to be picked up. When I said I thought it was going to be delivered today, they said oh no everything’s already full today, they can do Sunday or Tuesday.
I asked if I can have even a rough ball park figure for when the deliveries will arrive because I’ve been patient, even if they tell me it’s either going to be morning or at night so that I don’t waste my day organising work for the 3rd time, the lady said she can’t do that.
Told me that she’ll get me a confirmation and hung up on me.
I’ve been really nice and patient. I didn’t yell, I didn’t even complain when I got delayed and lied to 5 times.
This whole process is frustrating. It took the bed close to nearly 6 weeks to arrive.
The staff was initially really nice but after I paid they were complacent and didn't actually care about me anymore.
Such a shame. Terrible terrible costumer service experience.
