This would of been 5 star .....BUT the follow up service has been shocking brought a bed early November to have delivered to our new house on the 27th so far so good the bed gets delivered but with no head board no phone call to say it was delayed ring up to be told its 2 weeks away 2 weeks passes so I ring mid December to be told there is a delay they never rang me I had to ring them to find this out now 28th Jan still no contact nor head board after service is shocking

When buying my bed, salesmen were perfectly friendly. Before the bed was delivered however, I had a change of plans and wanted to cancel my order. They said over the phone they could do a refund if i emailed my account number through. It was at this point, that any previous cooperation fell apart and I was met with nothing but resistance. They said they never received my email and despite verifying that the address was correct, they played it off as if I just did something wrong and made no effort to aid the process along whatsoever. I asked them to send me an email so I could reply back and they said they did, but I never received any such email. Once I made a physical appearance in the store the attitude of the man at the counter was immediately dismissave. He said he had sent the refund through to accounts. I said this was fine. He replied by saying that yes it is fine because "that's the way it [was]". A pause of silence was followed by condescending chit chat that somehow managed to include how interesting it was that my name didn't match my "complextion". I wholeheartedly wish to dissuade anyone who seeks a good night's sleep from ever dealing with this horrible store.

Great customer support. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Many thanks to all the staff!! My Serenity ? bed is so comfortable. I found the first bed I bought too firm once I had the mattress protector on it. They exchanged it for me within 7 days without any problems. Their prices are competitive too. I am a very happy customer!

Same issue as a few others it seems. The salesmen are perfectly friendly until there’s an issue and then all the niceties fall away and then they are pretty unpleasant to be honest. Beds R Us advertise a β€˜30 day comfort guarantee’ on all beds, which sounds great in theory but trying to get them honour it is a real challenge! My husband and I bought a bed which we found super uncomfortable, we kept thinking we’d get used to it but never did. We called to swap it for a different one within the 30 days and were met with so much resistance, emotional manipulation, and plain rudeness as the guys tried to talk us out of swapping it and argued over what the β€˜bed’ included (mattress or base or both) and whether we met the terms and conditions. We stayed strong and they eventually agreed to swap it and then it just got worse. The guys they sent to swap the beds were awful, they couldn’t have made it clearer that they didn’t want to be there. They were grumpy, sarcastic, and swore under their breath the whole time. They were also pretty incompetent… they looked like they had been moving beds for a long time… but you’d think they’d never seen stairs before? Watching them try to figure out how to rotate a bed through a hallway was a real nightmare and they had absolutely no regard for damaging any of our property - they made that pretty clear. I’m giving them 2 stars because the bed we finally got is fine, but save yourself the stress and go somewhere else.

Not a great experience, not Happy. Bed we lay in was in shop was soft, bed that got delivered was hard as rock. Not happy at all. Update ya display models . Wouldn't recommend

The rudest salesman I’ve ever encountered in a store. Was looking for a bed and said I was happy to browse. He wouldn’t leave me alone, told me I was looking at the wrong bed event tho I had researched it and then basically refused to speak to me or help me. It was bizarre. Both guys in there came across as sad, no hopers with used car salesmen slime. Typical sexist, old school know-everything 60 year old white guy. Do yourself a favour and don’t buy a bed from this place.
