★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Approx 2 hours with great views of South Island, Mana Island, Porirua Inlet. Track alongside SH1 is very noisy but recent planting will reduce this in some places. We took the zigzag track down through the bush to coast. Fantastic fish and chips as a reward for completion!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great views on a good day and beautiful surroundings. Track is mostly through farms but worth it for the views. Can get slippery on the steep bits when it’s wet.
