★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called out these guys for fake reviews and now they have created a new google listing, this deceptive behaviour is just what these lot are like.
I'm reposing my review but with the comment calling out their Operations Managers Review removed
"I raised issue with smoke alarms on several occasions and over 6 weeks ago but nothing was ever done or did I get a reply. I ended up replacing them myself, that was half a day wasted by time purchased them and got a ladder sorted.
Was sent the lease to renew tenancy several times, each time with errors (clearly for another property)."
Follow up:
The owner, when I raised these issues seemed concerned and promised to contact me on the Monday. My tenancy had ended by Monday and suddenly Kelvin isn't understanding or polite, when trying to understand what was going on he just hung up on me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was calling Cushla for accepting an application for a property she has advertised since Saturday. I sent multiple texts too. Each time I call Cushla reply me back with what a busy job she is doing and she is the most busiest person in earth. I texted her multiple times asking for appointments, call backs and also atleast to confirm whether she has recieved or not received my application. No gestures at all from thier end (atelast she answered my phone thats why 1 star)
this evening I got an automated reply from their system the peoprty am interested is alraedy rented!!
Ridiculous!!!
Its you guys (irresponsible agents) resonsble for Welly rental crisis.
Pathetic service of not even acknowledging an application.
