★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic Service! We bought a group of 21 teens/10 adults in to hire gear and get kitted out...ran super smooth to get us all snowboard/ski ready. Thats allot of people to deal with! Super chilled and really friendly and put up with us figuring out where we had placed missed gear....throughly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though most of the staff members are helpful and friendly, there is one staff who was impatient and rude to me when I went for an exchange around 4.30pm on Saturday 18th.
1. the bindings I got had some issues(coming loose easily). but when I talked to the staff he insisted the bindings were fine, and it was my misuse that caused the issues. I had to ask he multiple times to get a new set of bindings, which worked perfectly on the second day.
2. I also asked for an exchange of a 160 cm snowboard (my height is 184 cm), but he gave me a 155 cm board and told me to trust his "professional" opinion : "the shorter board would not make much difference". Unfortunately on the next day when I tried it on, my boot would overhang too much on the toe side because the 155cm board is not wide enough. This caused my boot to drag in snow thus making toeside turn extremely difficult.
I understand that you guys are quite busy during that period but please tell that staff to be less reluctant and more respectful to the customers.

New to boarding and everyone made me feel so comfortable and welcome. Kitted me out from top to toe and I left with a massive smile after walking in feeling very anxious. Best shop in town has down, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I booked I wasn't quite sure what to expect, as the prices seemed to good to be true. If there's one thing my mum always taught me it was if they look to good they likely are, However this lovely snow gear shop is the exception to that rule!
first off the prices where amazing I couldn't find anywhere with better prices and trust me I like a deal so I search arround!
Second thing is I came it right on opening and not just myself but also another adult and 3 kids, I was amazed the level of detail but also there manner in how they dealt with the kids well fitting the ski gear, they wear calm and patient and nothing was a problem.
On top of this I will recommend to everyone I know these guys were amazing so good in fact that I had to leave a review and I not one to leave reviews very often of at all.
Awesome work ski shed I will be back and you have a customer for life!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked our gear online which was easy to do, called in on the day as the slopes were closed so did not need the gear, they said to call back later in the day and collect it ready for the next day, (no charge for the day we did not need it) everyone was so helpful and friendly, we felt like we were friends. The gear supplied was fantastic quality and they made sure the sizes and fit were all correct. Returning the gear was simple, the costs extremely reasonable. I have used this company once before, some family and friends use them regularly for rentals and buying equipment. Thoroughly recommend anyone to use The Ski Shed, thanks guys see you again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service. Book online. They help you get shoes, clothes, helmets your size on the day, and will adjust skies to fit you. Also remember to have the same socks when you try on the snow boots as what you will be wearing when skiing( otherwise you may not get the boots on).
