β β β β β We randomly stopped off here on the way past after a gannet safari, very pleased we did as the wine tasting was $5 per head, refunded per head per bottle purchased.
The wines here are made by the excellent internationally renowned head vintner, Rod McDonald. The Syrah is awesome, as too are many of the whites. You can stay here and also eat, the food looked amazing, though we didnβt have chance to sample in this occasion.

β β β β β Four of us dining outside on a typical HB day. The trio enjoyed their selections; I ordered pizza (a real one several levels above D and PH) and was a beaut! Certainly on a par with Hell or Pipi's. One lovely pink blush rosΓ© and two estate syrah. Might see you there.

β β β β β What a fantastic place. We were there late in the afternoon, as the last winery we visited for the day. We didn't have a meal, and yet were there for a long time, despite being the only guests. To say that we were looked after was an understatement. We were taken through the full range. The winemaker's take on some varieties was astounding, along with a couple of award winners. There were wines for everyone, with some that we will drink with family on Christmas Day, to others that have gone in the wine fridge for years. We shipped a box back home and it probably won't be the last. The winery has a fun vibe with great wines.
And no, I was driving, so it wasn't just the fact that it was the 'last winery of the day' and a few wines that made it fantastic! It did, however, top off the day.

β β β β β Stopped here on a family bike trip with friends from Clive to Clifden and back (after being denied next door at Clearview who were full). Fantastic lunch of platters and wood fired pizzas on picnic blankets and low barrel tables outside. Nice wine and Garage Project beers plus Bundaberg range for the kids. Nice staff. Thumbs up across the board.

β β β β β Te Awanga Estate was recommended to us as a great vineyard to visit. Was a lovely day to enjoy their wines, sit outside in the sun, topped off with a great platter. Lovely friendly staff, easy parking. Very impressive. Would definitely recommend ?

β β β β β We went here for lunch and sat outside under a tree on one of the provided picnic blankets. This is such a wonderful place to have lunch and chill out. It was very popular with families and there is more than enough room to find a spot under a tree and itβs not cramped so youβre far enough away from other picnic goers. The parking is plentiful and super close to the entrance which is a bonus. Grab a bottle of their wine and relax under a tree on a warm summers day - canβt beat it. Staff were amazingly friendly and accommodating too which makes all the difference.

β β β β β Simply wonderful place. The staff were wonderful & we enjoyed a very informative wine tasting, followed by a glass of RosΓ© and Syrah with a delicious pizza. Stunning location and ambience overlooking the vineyards and some trees in bloom.
