The staff and doctors are very professional and welcome you if thier not too busy a smile always greets you although you may not get the same doctor you started with they only have to go through your notes and maybe liase with other doctors if they need to. There are negatives and positives in every work place .you have to be comfortable and go where you feel is right for you.

Extremely unprofessional. My girlfriend had gone in for an appointment to receive a birth control consultation. when one your receptionists gave her the date of her appointment, she remarked “you’ll just have to keep your legs closed until then” which is extremely inappropriate considering she’s getting it to come to AMERICA WHERE I LIVE and our times together are months and months in between. Not only that but birth control has uses beyond intercourse. Please make sure your employees have more than a second grade level of education before they’re hired on to speak to people who may not think your “jokes” are appropriate for a health clinic? Best regards <3

Kia ora. It's been a hectic year with covid stress and a myriad of other ailments I have endured during the year .i have been in and out of the drs more times than i can count . And each time i have been treated amazing. The longest i have waited for my appointment would be under 10 minutes! Seem so organized. Kia ora to the ladies behind the desk . Next time I'm in I'll bring a punnet of kina. Your a credit to our people!!

I have always been a patient of a hau Ora from waiheke island to Tauranga 6 years ago. The docs here have always gone above and beyond, (I’m not a straightforward case) to one doc reading through 10 years of medical notes to learn about my case and put a 7 page report together. Which has really helped. When I have to see a different doc for emergency they too know what I need. The warm welcome from reception, the docs and can’t forget the nurses. The nurses really know how to calm and reassure. I love this hau Ora and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have been with this practice for over two years now. I am also with mental health and addictions, which is under Te Manu toroa. I have Lisa as my support person. She has been an awesome support person, where I can talk to her, and be honest with no judgement. With the amount of instability in my life and me only wanting to be better and grow she's really helped me a lot in such a short time. And if I know of anyone in a similar position, I will definitely recommend her! S

I have now been attending this practice for more than a year. I moved after regular replacement of GPs at previous practice and was very happy with my initial doctor at TMT. Unfortunately she moved on and I am now meeting with Rosemary Minto, very competent nurse practitioner. However owing to frequently long waiting times for appointments at this clinic, I have also met with two different doctors - all helpful and competent as is Rosemary. But it would be good to be able to get to your own doctor within a couple of days, ideally. The reception staff and nurses are great too. The whole practice feels positive, friendly and welcoming. Well done, Te Manu Toroa whanau.
